A lively ruby red colour this is a blend of the local Sangiovese and Grenache from the Rhone valley. It has an intense bouquet of fruit with cinnamon and red pepper spices. On the palate it is smooth and rounded with a slight hint of vanilla lent by the refining of the Grenache in 500-litre French oak barrels. Serve with fish, seafood, and grilled poultry.
