A deep ruby red wine. The typical nuances of Syrah such as oriental spices, liquorice and black pepper in the aroma blend perfectly with the notes deriving from its ageing in French oak barrels. A warm, smooth taste with spicy aftertaste on the palate, complex and lingering, suitable for storing.

Serve with wild boar, stewed red meats and mature cheeses.
